Mr Harry Crerar, Dunkeld master plumber, and former prominent Perthshire sportsman, has died at his home in Brae Street, Dunkeld.
In his young days he played regularly with Dunkeld Amateurs, and had a few games with St Johnstone, he was also a keen angler.
He served his apprenticeship with Mr Tom Buchanan, Dunkeld, later taking over the business in Cathedral Street. During the last was he was appointed local firemaster, resigning a year ago.
He leaves a wife."
