MR. W. L. PATERSON DIES
Mr. Walter Ladlow Paterson died at the Hospital on Sunday night at the age of 41 years. Mr. Paterson was employed at Yancowinna Station when he came to Broken Hill for treatment. Mr. Paterson was a transport driver in the R.A.A.F. on active service in the war, but was discharged in 1942. He was a member of the Returned Sailors, Soldiers, and Airmen's Imperial League of Australia, Broken Hill Branch. The funeral will take place tomorrow, leaving the funeral parlor, Oxide Street, at 11 a.m. for the Presbyterian Cemetery. Fred J. Potter and Son have charge of the funeral.

Death of Mr. Patterson

LATE MR. W. PATERSON
The funeral of Mr. Walter Ladlow Paterson took place yesterday, the cortege leaving Fred J. Potter and Son's funeral parlor, Oxide Street, at 11 a.m. The interment was made in the Presbyterian portion of the Cemetery. Rev. M. C. Gibb conducted the burial service, and Mr. W. J. Anderson delivered the soldiers' tribute. Bearers were Messrs. B. Brady, A. Thomas, J. O'Connor, and J. Roberts. The R.S.S.A.I.L. was represented by Mr. W. J. Anderson, and the Masonic fraternity by Mr. J. Roberts.

FUNERAL OF MR. W. L. PATERSON
The funeral of Mr. Walter Laidlow Paterson, who died at the hospital on Sunday, took place yesterday, leaving Fred J. Potter and Son's funeral parlor, Oxide Street, at 11 a.m. Mr. Paterson, was buried in the Presbyterian Cemetery where the serviee was eonducted by the Rev. Gibb. The soldiers’ tribute at the graveside was delivered by Mr. W. Anderson. The bearers were Messrs. B. Brady, A. Thomas, J. O'Connor, and J. Roberts. Mr. W. J. Anderson represented the Returned Soldiers’ Branch of Broken Hill and Mr J. J. Roberts represented the Masonic fraternity of Broken Hill."
